On the launch of iOS 16 we are introducing 3 new features to making flight tracking even easier.

First, lock screen widgets allow viewing your live flight status without even unlocking your device. Second, flight links shared in iMessage automatically appear in your Friends' Flights tab. And finally, all weather forecasts have been extended to 10 days via Apple Weather.

Your Friend's Flights now have a separate map and tab. Also choose to included or excluded them from Calendar Sync in Settings.

When flights are added or removed from your calendar, Flighty stays in sync tracking them. No more manually adding flights! And if Siri or Gmail suggest flights to your calendar, it's even more automatic, everything just flows into Flighty.
